The LinkMed portfolio consists of a number of life science companies, several of which are nearing the commercialization phase, while others are already selling their products or services. Between them, these companies account for more than 50 different projects in a wide range of therapeutic areas – from HIV and cancer to eye disease and allergies.

MANY COMPANIES, LOWER RISKS
By investing in several companies, we spread risks and reduce our exposure to the development in individual projects. Our goal is to continually develop and manage between 15 and 20 portfolio companies. Therefore, we plan to invest in several new companies in the coming years.

Carbohydrates, the drugs of the future

Operations: Recopharma is active in the area of recombinant glycoproteins. These mucin-like proteins have a sugar coating that can impact several biological processes. Recopharma develops mucins for the vaccine market (adjuvants) and antimicrobial substances to combat bacteria and viruses that may for example cause eye infection, influenza and the Norwalk virus.
